How long does the Mankato Craft Beer Expo last?
The Mankato Craft Beer Expo starts at 2pm for Early Admission ticketholders, 3pm for General Admission ticketholders, and ends at 6pm sharp. Brewery Representatives are not allowed to pour samples after 6pm. Please be prepared to leave the festival promptly at 6pm.
What should I bring to the Mankato Craft Beer Expo?
Bring an open mind to try the wonderful styles of craft beer available. Please come well hydrated and take advantage of water stations located throughout the grounds, water will also help cleanse your palette. Don't rush through samples, take time to enjoy the aroma and the flavor.
No outside drinks or food may be allowed in the Mankato Craft Beer Expo grounds. Food will be available for purchase within the facility. Cash and Credit Card accepted. Drinking on a empty stomach is never a good idea, so have something to eat when you get to the expo.
What are options for parking for the Mankato Craft Beer Expo?
Parking is available in the public parking lot for FREE. There is FREE overnight parking, so be responsible and DON’T DRINK AND DRIVE!.
Can a Designated Driver Ticket holder still sample beer?
No, DD ticket holders will not be permitted to sample any beer. Any Designated Driver Ticket holder that is seen drinking at the Mankato Craft Beer Expo will be escorted out immediately. Designated Drivers Ticket holders must be 21+ and present valid photo ID for entry.
What are the Designated Driver or non-alcoholic options at the Mankato Craft Beer Expo?
Water stations can be found throughout the Mankato Craft Beer Expo. A Designated Driver Table will have a selection of craft sodas and water. General Admission attendees can also visit the Designated Driver Table for soda and water.
How do I attend the educational presentations during the Mankato Craft Beer Expo?
There are a limited number of spots for the educational presentations. Cost is free on a first come first served basis.
What is the Mankato Craft Beer Expo People's Choice Award?
The Mankato Craft Beer Expo People's Choice Award is given to the most voted beer of the Expo. Voting for the award will take place at a designated table on the grounds. Votes must be submitted by 5pm to count.
Is there medical or security staff available at the Mankato Craft Beer Expo?
Yes, basic medical staff will be present in addition to police during the Mankato Craft Beer Expo.
